Brett Stanley Currier, 52, formerly of Warren, Vermont, passed away peacefully in Louisiana on November 26, 2014, of natural causes. He was the son of Gloria (Long) Currier of Warren and the late Stanley Currier.
Brett was raised and educated in Warren and as a child loved taking things apart and fixing them ... sometimes only taking them apart!
In his latter teen years, his path took him to Louisiana where he worked as a carpenter most of his life. Brett enjoyed four-wheeling and fishing. His wit and fun-loving teasing and pranks will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother, Gloria, Brett is survived by his loving brothers, Stephen and wife Janice of Methuen, MA, Scott of Mesa, AZ, and Christian of Warren; sisters, Pennilee Reynells and husband Peter of Waitsfield and Pamela Wehner and husband Brad of Houston, TX; children Brittany, Colby, Cain, Caleb, five grandchildren, former wife Bernadette, all of Louisiana; and many nieces, nephews and cousins whose hearts are saddened by his loss. Besides being predeceased by his father, Stanley Currier, Brett was also predeceased by his sister, Cindy Benson.
Rest in peace, Boo Boo, and keep them laughing in heaven. You will be forever missed.
Interment will be in the spring in Warren Village Cemetery.
