To The Editor:
As a kayaker and a swimmer, I am looking for a representative with a solid, positive background in dealing with protecting the waters of Vermont and the Champlain basin. Kari Dolan has been working as the state’s flood plain manager. She has been a successful fundraiser to protect our streams from erosion. Hurricane Florence is now seriously threatening the East Coast and reminds me how crucial her skills will be for Vermont in the future.
Kari is currently directing a multimillion-dollar project and knows how to make the most out of the funds she oversees. She is for transparency in government and for accountability, things of utmost importance and not to be taken for granted. A vote for Kari Dolan is a vote for things we hold dear.
