Thank you, Maxine Grad, for making government work for me. In March, I applied for health care coverage, chose my plan and had been paying my premium to BCBS each month on time for six months. However, I wasn't recognized as a member of BCBS and was paying out of pocket or not going to the doctor because of the cost. In September, after mentioning this to Maxine, she asked to help. Once Maxine got involved, I was contacted within two weeks and my issue was resolved.
