To The Editor:

How can the conscientious voter choose candidates who summarize their concern about the complex education issue with platitudes such as affordability or funding?  Are there any who will vote for legislation which attempts to correct the managerial mayhem?  .  .  .    or to standardize the chart of accounts and establish computerized  integration at every school, as a start?    Some gloss over the enormous waste in overhead expense of having both supervisory unions and too many school districts.  A modern organizational structure could do the job with six districts for the entire state.
