Waitsfield native Jamie Kingsbury will be added to the University of Vermont Athletic Hall of Fame this year.
An alpine skier, Kingsbury had 40 podium finishes in 51 races for Vermont and earned 13 wins in the EISA circuit as part of three regional championship teams and two NCAA runner-up squads. Ski Racing named her College Skier of the Year in 2005.
The Class of 2016 will be honored at UVM’s Athletic Hall of Fame dinner at the Davis Center on September 10.
