His working on the seconds line and the social interaction with the people at Ben & Jerry's, especially in the "break room," was his life. In his spare time, Jim enjoyed bowling, shooting pool, the golf driving range and just spending time with his friends and family. Jim is predeceased by his mother, Dorothea, and his sister, Michelle. He is survived by his father, Dave; his sisters, Cheryl McDonough, Patricia Gillespie and her daughters, Nicole Pfende and her husband Kelvin, and Erin Gillespie, Kathleen Sagendorf and her husband Richard with their children, Erika Sagendorf, Amanda Cady and her husband Brian and son Jonathan Sagendorf; his brother Charlie McDonough and his wife Heidi with their children, Patrick McDonough, his wife Kara and their daughter Maggie; Sean McDonough, Laura McDonough and Megan McDonough and his late sister Michelle's children, Brian Dower and his wife Gerelin and their sons Paul, Liam and Finnegan; Kelly Kszywienski and her husband Matt and their daughter Samantha; Patrick Dower and Jessica Dower.
