Susan Malboeuf
Susan Malboeuf passed away peacefully on April 16, 2024, at the age of 80. Susan was born on February 7, 1944, in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, to Dorothy and Paul Britton. Susan attended the Chamberlain College in Boston where she met her partner in life, Miron Charles Malboeuf. Susan and Miron started their family in Worcester, Massachusetts. After many skiing trips to Sugarbush, Susan and Miron packed up their four children and two sheep dogs for a new life in Warren, Vermont.
Susan worked alongside Miron to raise their children and build their own business. She enjoyed her gardens and entertaining friends and families with big meals and lots of laughter. She adored her pets and was known to always have an assortment of cats and dogs. After raising her four children, Susan continued working as the director of the Chamber of Commerce in the Mad River Valley and then in Laconia, New Hampshire, where she earned the nickname, “Big Sue.” Susan is survived by her husband of 58 years, Miron Malboeuf, her four children, Bridget Stewart (m. Keith Stewart), Beth Heroux (m. Jason Heroux), Michelle Stow (m. John Stow). and MC Malboeuf (m. Andrea Bither). She was a devoted grandmother, she loved sharing her unique sense of style and passion for football with her nine grandchildren and great-grandson
