It is with great sadness that the family of David William Ashton announces his passing on November 21, 2014, in his 63rd year. He will be forever missed by his devoted wife of 32 years; Cindy, his loving daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Danilo DeShields; his family in Bermuda and in the U.S., and by his many friends. The family is thankful for the overwhelming outpouring of support from those who knew and loved him. He was a kind and loyal man who will be sincerely missed by many. He was born in Bermuda and has lived there for most of his life. During the past 20 years he and his family have enjoyed spending time in The Valley and most recently residing in Waitsfield upon his retirement. A memorial service is to be held in Bermuda.
