The Green Mountain Opera Festival will host their annual fundraiser, La Festa delle Montagne, at the historic Round Barn on March 16 at 6 p.m.
The Festival of the Mountains will be a roving party on two levels with food stations placed around the historic facility. Scheduled performers include Bruce Stasyna, pianist; Luigi Boccia, tenor: Metropolitan Opera; and mezzo-soprano Irene Roberts. Participants will have the opportunity to meet newly appointed artistic director Bruce Stasyna.
In addition to the operatic performances throughout the evening, there will be a silent auction with proceeds going to the nonprofit Green Mountain Opera Festival.
