The musical spoof, Forbidden Broadway, opens Thursday, May 19, at the Valley Players Theater in Waitsfield. This musical comedy, spoofing not only famous shows but famous songwriters and actors as well, will run May 19 through 22 and May 26 through 29 and features songs from Wicked, Chicago, Into the Woods, Hairspray, and more. All shows are at 7:30 p.m. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the performance and seating is open.
