To The Editor:

One chilly fall evening of my freshman year at Tufts University, Robert Frost visited our campus. For some reason, which I later regretted sorely, I did not make the effort to leave my dorm room and climb up the "Hill" to hear him speak. He died a few years later. That was a "road not taken."

Second chances do not come often, so when I read about the current production at Lost Nation Theater titled "Robert Frost: This Verse Business," with Emmy Award winner Gordon Clapp, I wasn't going to make the same mistake again.

It nearly took my breath away to see him walk onto the stage, even more so to hear him speak! Do you love, as I do, the poem Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening? Are you a poetry lover? Are you a Vermonter who just loves to hear other Vermonters speak? Don't miss this show, which runs one final weekend, Thursday, September 19, through Sunday, September 22. Call the theater for times and prices and be sure to take the right road. You'll have no regrets.
