To The Editor:
This letter is addressed to the many friends and patients of Mad River Family Practice.
As some of you are already aware, Dr. Nanette Kissenberth is out on a medical leave for an unspecified period of time. She is recovering well from her injury and we look forward to her return. However, her absence has created a temporary access issue that Central Vermont Medical Center is in the process of solving.
In the meantime, we ask for your patience and understanding if we cannot get you in for an appointment in our usual timeframe. We also ask that everyone call ahead for appointments rather than coming into the practice as our openings are very limited. If Mad River Family Practice is unable to see you and you feel the need to be seen immediately, the many other CVMC-owned practices have opened their doors to help so it is likely we can get you the care you need.
