The main center for donations has been overwhelmed and cannot accept any items at this time. Chila has also taken in items from some of her friends and customers and has them ready for anyone in need. Please stop by and see if there is anything you want.
Chila has been in business in Waterbury for a long time and she and Sheila reached out to the community in the aftermath of Irene and gave free haircuts to flood victims. Chila is one of those who often are in the background giving back to the community that supports her. Chila's was also a victim of the flooding. If you ever notice her festive windows, they make you smile. Most of her window decor was lost in the flooding but she has already put the pop of fall decor out with the linens. Thanks, ladies!
