I am very proud that the leaders of the communities all agreed with the organizers of the Green Mountain Stage Race and the Mad River Valley Craft Fair that both these very important events should take place.
The Mad River Valley's lifeblood is our natural beauty and our worldwide reputation for recreation and lifestyle. It is very important that all potential visitors know that we are open for business. Having 785 bike riders and their families plus the thousands who came to the craft fair go back to their communities and talk about their experience about how we are all working so quickly to re-create what is so special about visiting the Mad River Valley is proof to all future potential visitors that we are ready and able to offer a very rewarding visit.
