I believe this company is the only one in the state of Vermont that can
serve all of its customers with DSL. I use the internet all of the time
and very rarely have problems, and if I do, their support is the best.
This company is also always upgrading to bring residents better service.
I have been to other areas to help folks get their computer going and
if it appears that the problem could be with the company servicing the
area, it takes almost a week to get a service man to come to your home.
Not here! They are usually there the same day you have problems or the
next day at the latest.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I think Mr. Klofach is
misguided. I think it is unfair to charge that this company does not
provide good service. Technology sometimes does break down, but I think
we should give the telephone company good marks for its good service.
