For sure it costs money to recycle these electric devices, but, really,
where are your values? Keep them in the basement until you can deal with
it. Why oppress others rights, not to mention it is a solid waste
violation and littering?
Here is an idea: Maybe the police can dust them for prints or a motion
camera be placed. I refrain from suggesting anyone ratting out a
neighbor, so another resolution would be for the people who offer these
high-end components, take them away.
