I have spoken with over 35 Mad River Valley residents (including members
of select boards). Every person was in agreement that removing the wall
of wires, 1 1/2 miles, 60 electric poles from Waitsfield Telecom to
Route 17 and Bridge Street, which would include the narrowest and
busiest part of town, would be a fantastic improvement to the Mad River
Valley.
If this is not done as part of this rebuilding project now, we will be
looking at this wall forever.
