As an Eldercare Outreach Clinician, I see firsthand the loneliness and
isolation that many of our elders face. I am truly amazed each day how
a simple visit can change someone's outlook on the lonely day they
often face. Please consider volunteering your time with the Central
Vermont Council On Aging (www.cvcoa.org). Trust me when I say there
will be some days when you will benefit more from your visits to these
folks than you can imagine.
