The opposition believes that CO2 is a very minor constituent of the
atmosphere and has no influence on the need for this legislation that
would raise this country's energy cost, put America at a competitive
disadvantage in world trade and transfer more employment overseas.
This invitation is for one person to do a "point-counterpoint" with me
on this subject. This person would want to present their reasons for
the need to put a tax on CO2 emissions. Not just beliefs or someone's
unproven theory or expectations 40 years hence but data, hard data that
shows that this gas must be controlled.
This could be a presentation for MRVTV.
