Very recently, as co-chair of the House Judiciary Committee, she sponsored legislation and held hearings concerning cell phone use by teen drivers and increased seatbelt use by all drivers. As a driver educator, I am keenly aware that these are key safety concerns which need to be addressed!
Maxine has shown she can be a strong and effective advocate on these and other important matters. Hard work and determination have always been trademarks of Maxine's service to our community. She has my vote!
