To The Editor:
The election didn't turn out the way I had hoped. Nevertheless, I will be calling Ms. Sullivan to congratulate her and offer any guidance she might want. And, of course, my most sincere appreciation to Waitsfield voters for the privilege of serving on the select board over the years. It's been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Best wishes for the new board.
