To The Editor:
As an Independent I will be voting for both Republican and Democratic candidates. The common denominators are that they have excellent character, are willing to work across the aisle and will listen and learn.
Governor Scott has demonstrated superb responsible and informed leadership in the face of the COVID-19 crisis and is the leader we need today.
Molly Gray running for lieutenant governor represents the future. She is a Vermonter who already has diverse experiences and like our Congressman Peter Welch, whom I also support, will work in a bi-partisan fashion to further the interests of all Vermonters.
At the national level Vice President Biden will restore needed dignity, integrity and respect to the Oval Office.
While not members of the same political party, they are all people of character and integrity. That is what we most need in our leaders today.
