To The Editor:
My husband and I are Philadelphia residents and second-home owners in The Valley for close to 30 years. The past four months we have taken all the precautions recommended by medical professionals and have managed to stay COVID free. We arrived in The Valley a couple of weeks ago and continued those precautions to keep us and you well. I was shocked to enter a local business this week to see several people sitting at the table in front of the meat and egg case where I was headed (closer than 6 feet) none of whom were wearing masks. I won't be back. To those of you who put the well-being of the community above their slight personal discomfort, thank you. I encourage you not to patronize businesses who don't.
