To The Editor:
By all means, let’s shut the state government down! It will be interesting and possibly great fun to see how that works out for all concerned. Then let’s call an immediate special election so we can vote each and every one of these bozos (aka public servants) out of office. The very minimum thing a government at any level should be able to do is pass a budget, but shutdowns (or threats of shutdowns) seem to be all the rage these days. Perhaps with a new election, we can get some people in office who can do the job, but then again, maybe we simply deserve the ones we voted for last time around.
