I just saw the Waitsfield Select Board October 13, 2014, meeting video. Two hours of my life I would actually like back. Just wow. It's a parking lot, guys. Fill it in. What is the problem? You took 1.5 hours discussing this? And you had other meetings previous?
It is a wonder you get anything done.
