Corn-fritters
Spring has sprung and the trees are tapped!
Chop one can corn and add to it, one cup flour, one teaspoon baking powder, two teaspoons salt and one-quarter teaspoon paprika sifted together.
Add two egg yolks beaten till thick, and fold in whites beaten stiff.
Drop from a spoon into hot vegetable oil and drain on paper towel.
Serve with maple syrup.
