Sugarbush Resort is offering a package of benefits for members of the military and their families in support of their continued service to the country.
Active duty military members with deployment orders, their spouses and dependents are eligible to receive free All Mountain season passes to Sugarbush.
Sugarbush is also offering reduced season pass and day tickets for active duty military personnel with no deployment orders. Active duty military not currently deployed can purchase All-Mountain Season passes at the discounted rate. Spouses of non-deployed active duty military can purchase a season pass at a 50 percent discount off of normal rates. Reduced day tickets for active duty military are also available.
This season Sugarbush is also offering Learn to Ski or Ride lessons at a discounted rate to members and family of Vermont National Guard.
“Military families continue to make tremendous sacrifices for this country. We are happy to be able to honor their commitment and service to our country in this way,” said Sugarbush president Win Smith.
Sugarbush has a long worked closely with the National Guard. The National Guard Mountain Division recently chose Sugarbush Resort as the site for their annual Family Day on December 2 at the Sugarbush Health and Racquet Club. In 2005, Sugarbush was awarded the Patriot Award by the United States National Guard for the Resort’s support of its employees serving overseas. The honor is bestowed upon businesses that go above and beyond what to not only accommodate employees returning from overseas but also offering assistance to their families while they are abroad.
