On May 3, Highlanders’ Finn O’Hara scored 6 goals and Sawyer Simmons got four assists. Harwood goalie Addison Dietz made seven saves. The Highlanders are undefeated with a season record of 3-0.

Boys’ and Girls’ Track
The Harwood Union Track and Field team had their first meet of the season on Friday, April 30, at Colchester High School.
Boys’ Results: Junior Ebbe Lillis placed second in both the 1500m run (4:45.77) and the 3000m run (10:34.37). Senior Tyler Silveira placed fourth in the 3000m run (11:59.56) and fifth in the 800m run (2:37.63). Freshman Dylan Mauro took third in the 110m hurdles (22.96) followed closely by freshman Noah Rivera in fourth (23.55). Junior Ben Nardin placed third in the 300m Hurdles (51.53).
The Harwood boys’ team in the 4x100m relay placed fourth with a time of 55.44 featuring Connor Hebert (11), Hunter Bover (9), Dylan Mauro (9) and Ben Nardin (11).
The Harwood boys’ team in the 4x400m relay placed first (5:00.18) featuring Ben Nardin (11), Noah Rivera (9), Ty Silvera (12) and Ebbe Lillis (11).
Girls’ Results: Senior Katie Rush placed third in the 400m dash (1:19.14). Junior Britta Zetterstrom placed second in the 800m run (2:40.14). Freshman McKenna Paxman placed second in the 1500m run with a time of 5:44.42. In the 3000m run, junior Caelyn McDonough placed first (12:19.1) followed by freshman Rowan Clough in third (14:34.8). Freshman Katie Long placed fifth in the 300m hurdles with a time of 1:10.36. The girls in the 4x400m relay placed second with Katie Rush (12), Janelle Hoskins (9), Aliza Levey (11), Britta Zetterstrom (11); 5:30.52).
