The Ski the East Freeride Tour finished up last week and local athletes from The Valley dominated the results.
Mad River Glen had a total of 15 skiers compete in the final competition on Sunday, nine boys and six girls.
Parker Herlihy won the event with a combined score of 113 points. Another Mad River Glen skier, Ely Kalkstein, finished in third place with 95.37 points. Aidan Warren and Brendan Magill also finished in the top 10, in seventh place and ninth place, respectively.
Five Valley athletes finished in the top 10 in the girls’ competition, including Leigh Brandenburg, who finished in third with 66.35 points.
Natalie Slade, Meg Madison, Charlotte Skelly and Libby Schiffmann, finished in fourth, seventh, eighth and ninth place, respectively.
