Crossett Brook Middle School and Harwood Union Middle School joined forces this year to create an eighth-grade Amateur Athletic Union basketball team that could compete across the state. The Washington County Wolves have a major advantage: excellent coaching. The team is coached by Harwood standouts Evan Pearl and Shiv Seethepalli. The coaches have been training the players on what it takes to play high-level basketball, form a strong team and compete with the best middle-schoolers in the state. The Wolves have quickly built a reputation for hard work, commitment and passion for the game of basketball. The Wolves’ next match-up will take them to Castleton to participate in the Spartans’ Challenge.
