| {mosimage} On Saturday, November 7, the Harwood Middle School Spelling team competed for the Regional Spelling Championship, held at Glover Community school. Competing schools included Glover, the host school, Craftsbury Elementary/Middle School, Walden School, Mississquoi Middle School, and Barre City. The Harwood team, consisting of Sarah Hoyne, Morgan Becker, Sophie Rayfield, Ray Parker, Katy Rosen and Nathanial Kazlow, scored 136/144 under the direction of their coach Judi Gross. They will compete for the state championship title on Saturday, November 21. |
