Anthony J. (Tony) Naumchik, 92, of Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2013, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II from 1939 to 1945 and was a member of the Flying Tigers.
Tony was an avid skier continuing his passion of downhill skiing up until the age of 91 at Mad River Glen and Sugarbush.
He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Emily; his children, Joseph of Egg Harbor Township, Betsy LaFlame of Waitsfield, Bob and his wife Betsy of Galloway, NJ, and Mary Ellen Hull of Peck, Idaho; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Friday, July 26, at St. Bernadette's Church in Northfield, NJ.
