She was born on January 10, 1960, in Warren and attended Harwood Union High School. She subsequently obtained her certificate in nursing as a C.N.A.
Cindy was so kind to all who knew her. She leaves behind many family members including her children and friends.

A celebration of Cindy's life was held on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at the Ready Funeral Home in Burlington.
