He was the newborn son of Ryan and Monica Belval of Moretown. Survivors include his parents; grandparents Marty and Julie Belval of Moretown and Tony and Coleen Baker of Waterbury Center; and an aunt, uncle, cousins and great-grandparents.
An open house memorial to celebrate his life was held Sunday, September 30, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the residence of Ryan and Monica Belval in Moretown.
