Anthony Francisco Scaglione, 23, of Warren, VT, passed away at home on January 5, 2018. Anthony and his brother, Dominic, were raised in Warren by their mother, Blaire Carter Scaglione. He went to Warren School and graduated from Harwood in 2013. Anthony grew up loving hunting, fishing and camping and early on discovered skateboarding, which became a passion. He had lots of friends and connected with a lot of people. He worked at the Localfolk Smokehouse, East Warren Community Market and most recently at Peasant Restaurant in Waitsfield. He loved taking pictures and had an excellent eye for it. He had a broad love of music that he loved to share. He was a good friend to many who died too soon, and he will be missed by us all.
Anthony was predeceased by his father, William C. Scaglione of Warren, VT, and Worcester, MA; and his maternal grandfather, Ford R. Carter III of Williston, FL. Anthony is survived by his mother, Blaire Carter Scaglione, and brother, Dominic, of Warren, VT; his maternal grandmother, Susan Carter of Traverse City, MI; his maternal aunt Alleson Hamelin, uncle Paul Hamelin, and cousin Savannah of East Haven, VT; uncle Hunter Carter and uncle Cesar Zapata of NYC; uncle Jonathan Carter and cousins Ford, Cole and Jenna of Atlanta, GA; aunt Jane Rice and cousins Amanda and Jarrett of Crawfordville, FL; paternal half siblings, Christine, Michael and James Scaglione of Worcester, MA; and many more aunts, uncles and cousins.
