Some live in town

Some live on a mountain

Some land is swampland

Some land is pristine farmland

This land is your land

This land is my land

I’m gonna use our land

To improve my land

From the mountains of Flood Woods

To the swamps in downtown

I was sold as user paid for

But we all know who the bill was meant for

This land is our land

It used to be your land

I’m gonna use our land

To improve my land

Is it condemnation?

Or is it stealing?

If it was your land

I bet it would be stealing

This land was your land

This land is my land

I’m gonna use our land

To improve my land

My land is swampland

I have no septic

You know my neighbor

He has some nice land

This land was your land

This land is our land

Now get off our land

Because it’s now my land

Thank you for preserving your land

So I could improve my land

This land was meant just for me.

I would like to dedicate this little ditty

to all the men and women that have

given their lives so we can enjoy the

same rights and freedoms of the

citizens in any Third World country.
