Genocide

I am here supporting the students protesting the Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people.
I can no longer stay silent.
I’m an outside agitator.
I’m ashamed.
I’ve been aware for, at least, three decades that a bunch of Europeans invaded Palestine.
They do it all the time.
The Europeans.
Do You remember the Americas?
They did it here too.
Do you remember?
The Europeans did it here.
We took their lands.
The Indians.
We took their lands.
We stole their lands.
Then they were savages.
Now they’re terrorists.
Whatever you call them,
They’re not us.
God-fearing, law-abiding terrorists.
Oops, I mean,
You know?
The right people.
They’re not us.
It’s okay.
It’s okay to slaughter them.
