Valley Rent-All will have a new ownership structure at the beginning of 2014. Two long-term employees, Marsha Davis and Amy Currier, are each purchasing 35 percent of the business from James and Anastasia Kohl. The Kohls will retain ownership of one-third of the business and remain landlords of the building. Valley Rent-All also plans to open a new snowmobile shop as soon as the VASS trails are ready. That business will be in the Valley Rent-All building and will be called Shawney's Snowmobile Shop.
