On Tuesday, October, 22 Waitsfield voters returned to the polls to vote again on the town office bond question. At the end of the evening voters affirmed their previous vote in favor of building a new town office on the Farm Stand lot by a vote of 342 for and 142 against.

Tuesday's vote asked the voters to authorize the town to spend up to $650,000 to construct new town offices on the Farm Stand property to be used in conjunction with a $750,000 Community Development Block Grant the town received. In addition the town has received a $100,000 gift to be used for the purpose of purchasing the Farm Stand lot.
