Harwood budget passes
By a co-mingled vote of the towns in the Washington West Supervisory Union school district, Harwood Union’s double budget vote articles passed on Town Meeting Day.
The first article, asking voters to authorize spending $12,886,914, received 1,343 yes votes, 911 no votes, and there were 23 blank votes and 1 spoiled vote.
The second article, asking voters to authorize spending an additional $128,345 received 1,178 yes votes, 1,051 no votes, and 49 blank votes.
