The plan, prepared by Sellers and Company in Warren and Anna Urban,
details expanding and enclosing the current outdoor arena to create a
year-round facility offering hockey, figure and free skating, as well as
concerts, markets, curling, broomball, etc.
The drawings show an outdoor rink as well as a covered building
approximately two times the size of the current facility.
Included in the drawings are a floor plan sketch that shows a two-story
building with locker rooms, a first aid/training room, a coach's office,
ticket counter, and equipment storage facilities.
No zoning application for the proposed project has been filed to date.
