Mad River Glen's costume parade follows the egg hunts, beginning at
noon. Costumes are judged in many categories including Best Overall,
Best Group, Most Humorous, Best Hat, Best Couple and The Costume that
Best Represents Mad River Glen. The festivities continue with a chicken
barbecue beginning right after the parade. All the Easter festivities
including the mountaintop service will happen whether the mountain is
open for skiing or not on Sunday. The festivities will be capped off
with an apres-ski performance by They Might Be Gypsies, a four-piece
band out of Granville led by guitarist Greg Ryan and his son Aiden.
Patrick Fitzimmons, formerly of From Good Homes, will be backing up on
percussion. Any updates and changes to the schedule caused by weather
