The Stowe Street dry bridge between Union Street/Railroad Street and Bidwell Lane will be temporarily closed tomorrow (Tuesday, September 15) for maintenance after the morning school commute and before school gets out in the afternoon. Lower Stowe Street will be accessible by Main Street and Bidwell Lane. Businesses are open. Signs will assist drivers to go around during this time.
