To The Editor:
On behalf of the Corner School Resource Center of Granville, I would like to thank the many businesses and individuals who provided their time and supplies to Granville Charter Day on August 3. From tents to tables to tug-of-war ropes, historical exhibits and refreshments, tablecloths and traffic control and, most of all, cupcakes, Charter Day was a tremendous display of neighborliness and good old-fashioned fun. The CSRC especially wants to thank the many folks who came and swapped stories of Granville and old times, reminding us all what a special community we share.
