To The Editor:
While sitting in the traffic stops we are experiencing here and anywhere else, for that matter, please turn off your car engine. The stops usually amount to more time than the 30 seconds recommended for shutting one's engine off when stopped.
If it is hot you can open your window for that amount of time and you will even enjoy some fresh air. Thanks.
