If Sweet Pea hopes to be treated like a grocery store that people turn to as their first choice when shopping, then the store owners need to understand that people like to go to grocery stores seven days a week. And when people want to pop into the store before work, to pick up something for work, they are not expecting to find such a late opening time. I'd be very happy to shop locally for organic food and do not want to restrict my shopping to Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A more realistic business model might yield more people shopping, more competitive pricing and more people buying organic food.
