Russia is still exporting oil, but they have stopped exporting wheat because of poor harvests due to climate change. Russia had been a major wheat exporter until recently.
All major oil-producing countries are projected to cease exporting oil by around 2025 due to declining production and increasing internal demand. Americans are indeed going to have to embrace a new, healthier lifestyle.
