I am only disappointed that Lenord was speaking of a course south of The Valley rather than his neighborhood course in Warren, Sugarbush.
When we at Sugarbush are asked where to go cross country skiing, we don't refer people to some place north but rather tell them about the two great areas we have here in The Valley. In fact, I happily allow Lenord to use a portion of my personal property for one of his trails at Blueberry Lake, and I enjoy seeing skiers and their dogs having fun on it.
I hope that Lenord and others in The Valley, who may not have played our Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf course recently, will come up and see for themselves why we are so proud of it. Valley residents RJ Austin, Mike Wing and their team have made a tremendous effort over the past few years to improve the golf experience at Sugarbush. We also have some great value pricing as well as a wonderful luncheon venue at Hogan's Pub.
