We had to prepay for the advertisement. We never saw a proof; when we
asked for a proof they came up with random excuses, and then when we
asked for our money back they came up with a bad proof that didn't have
any information on it, not even our phone number! As if they had just
made it; and this was in late November! So that meant the coupons had
not been printed yet and they were going to expire at the end of
December.
I have not seen ANY of these coupons come into my
business. They said I would receive my money back. I haven't. We left
many messages for Rich and never received phone calls back. Because he
has made no effort to correct this problem we reported the CEC Media
Group to the Attorney General's Office. The Attorney Generals Office
contacted them, and they still have not refunded our money or even tried
to correct this issue. As a small local business, I feel that I should
warn other businesses when this happens so they don't spend their money
on things that looked great but actually are not.
