Matt and his team were immediately available and swapped out the defective one for a new one. His service was beyond any expectations we could have and, to say the least, light years ahead of what the local people in Boston would have done for us. Between the service call by Maury of To 100 Appliance Repair coordinating with Matt, and Matt's immediate replacement of the dryer, we could not be more pleased.
